5-in-1 Baking Mix Recipes

From delicious pancakes and waffles to muffins and cakes, we've put together a 5-in-1 Baking Mix guide filled with flavorful, easy to make, recipes to gather around as a family. 

Like everything at Partake, our 5-in-1 Baking Mix is also non-GMO, vegan, and Kosher.

5-in-1 Baking Mix Recipes

What you need:

1 cup Partake Baking Mix
½ cup water

    How to make it:

  • Whip Baking Mix and water until combined.
  • Batter will be thicker than most. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Scoop batter onto an oiled skillet or griddle over medium / high heat.
  • Cook pancakes until golden brown on each side.
  • Serve with maple syrup, honey, fruit, and other goodies. Enjoy! 



  • Waffles

    What you need:
    • 1 cup Partake Baking Mix
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons neutral tasting oil or butter (Vegan butter is great!)
      How to make it:
      1. Combine water and Baking Mix.
      2. Once fully mixed, add melted butter or oil.
      3. Scoop batter onto a heated and oiled waffle iron.
      4. Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
      5. Serve with maple syrup, honey, fruit, and other goodies. 


      Yellow Cake

      What you need:
      • 2¾ cup Partake Baking Mix
      • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons water
      • ⅓ cup neutral tasting oil or butter (Vegan butter is great!)
      • ¾ cup cane sugar
      • 1 tablespoon vanilla
        How to make it:
        1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
        2. Combine wet ingredients and sugar until blended.
        3. Add Baking Mix and whisk until smooth.
        4. Pour into prepared 8" pan—either all parchment lined or non-stick spray.
        5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle of cake comes out clean.



        Muffins

        What you need:
        • 2½ cup Partake Baking Mix
        • ¾ cup water
        • 1 tablespoon vanilla
        • ½ cup softened butter (Vegan butter is great!)
        • ¾ cup cane sugar

        How to make it:
        1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
        2. Mix butter and sugar until combined.
        3. Add water and vanilla and stir again. Scrape bowl.
        4. Blend in Baking Mix.
        5. Fold in 1 cup blueberries, chocolate chips or similar.
        6. Scoop into 12 lined or lightly greased muffin cups.
        7. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle of cake comes out clean.



        Banana Bread

        What you need:
        • 1½ cup Partake Baking Mix
        • 3 tablespoons water
        • 1 tablespoon vanilla
        • ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon neutral tasting oil
        • ¼ cup sugar
        • ¼ cup brown sugar
        • 1 cup mashed banana
        • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

        How to make it:

        1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
        2. Combine wet ingredients and sugars in mixer. Blend until well combined.
        3. Add in Baking Mix. Whip for one minute.
        4. Pour into prepared loaf pan (8" x 4")—either parchment lined or lightly greased.
        5. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle of cake comes out clean.
