Turnip Vegan’s Holiday Cookie Candy Bars
Holiday Sprinkles Layer
- 15 Partake Holiday Sprinkle Cookies
- 2 Tbsp of vegan melted butter
Chocolate Peppermint Layer
- 15 Partake Chocolate Peppermint
- 1 Tbsp of vegan melted butter
Filling
- 1/4 cup of pecan butter or sunflower butter
- 15 dates, pitted
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
Toppings
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chip
- Pecan or GF Pretzels (This is optional)
- Candy Cane Chips (Optional)
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate and add to the bottom layer of the candy bar mold. Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Blend the holiday sprinkles cookies and butter in a food processor. Add a layer to the candy bar mold.
- Blend the chocolate peppermint cookies and butter in a food processor. Add a layer to the candy bar mold.
- Add pecan butter or sunflower butter, 15 dates, and 1 TBSP maple syrup to a food processor and blend. Add a layer to the candy bar.
- Add pecan (Optional). Place in the refrigerator or freezer overnight.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate. Place in the refrigerator, chill, and enjoy!
