Air Fryer Recipes for Effortless Snacking
Share
Our lives were changed when the air fryer entered our kitchens. IYKYK, right? This small but mighty appliance is great for saving time and getting that crispy texture we just can’t seem to get with our ovens and roasting pans. Whether you’re cooking a quick and easy meal yourself, dinner for your family or an after school meal for your or kids, an air fryer can come in handy. It's also great for sweet snacks.
Here are four simple recipes made with our cookies, grahams, and vanilla wafers. Make one on its own, or stack them into an easy dessert night.
Quick tips
- Every air fryer runs a little different. Start at the low end of the time range and check early.
- Use a perforated parchment liner, and add lightweight toppings after cooking so they don't blow around.
- Marshmallows, chocolate chips, and ice cream aren't Partake products. Check their labels to make sure they fit your needs.
- Every Partake offering is gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, and free of the top 9 allergens, but always check food labels to your needs before serving a crowd.

- 4 Partake Classic Grahams, each broken in half (8 pieces)
- 4 vegan marshmallows
- 2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Lay 4 graham halves in the air fryer basket on a perforated parchment liner.
- Top each with a few chocolate chips and a marshmallow.

Air Fryer Banana Pudding Boats
Makes 2 | About 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 ripe but firm bananas, unpeeled
- 2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
- 8 Partake Vanilla Wafers, divided
- Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Slice each banana lengthwise through the peel, without cutting through the bottom. Gently pull the sides apart.
- Crush 4 wafers and tuck them into the banana with the chocolate chips.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes, until the peel darkens and the chocolate melts.
- Crush the remaining 4 wafers over the top for crunch. Add a drizzle of maple syrup if you like.
- Serve warm, right in the peel, with a spoon.
Air Fryer Ginger Snap Baked Apples
Makes 4 halves | About 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, halved and cored
- 6 Partake Crunchy Ginger Snap cookies, crushed (about ½ cup)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sunflower or other neutral oil
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Scoop out the apple centers so each half creates a "cup."
- Stir the cookie crumbs, maple syrup, oil, and cinnamon together until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Pile the crumble into the apple centers.
- Air fry cut-side up at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, until a fork slides in easily. If the topping browns too fast, drop the temperature to 325°F.
- Rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm, on its own or with dairy-free ice cream.
