Allergy-Friendly, Inside & Out

We don’t just talk the talk—we bake the safe-safe cookies. Here's how we keep every bite worry-free.

Is your facility peanut/tree nut/dairy/soy/egg/gluten-free?

Yes! Our facility is free from the Top 9 Allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, milk, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame. We go even further—no mustard, sulfites, or nightshades either.

In 2025, the FDA excluded coconut as a tree nut, removing it from the “Top 9” allergen list.

Are your suppliers' facilities nut-free too?

Yup, 100% nut-free. We make sure of it.

Do your products contain coconut?

Our products do not contain any coconut. However, as of July 2025, there is coconut present in our production facility and on our production line. Partake products remain free of the Top 9 allergens and produced in a Top 9 Free facility.

Do your products contain corn?

No corn protein here—but some ingredients (like vanilla extract and maltodextrin) are corn-derived.

What kind of oats do you use?

Only the good stuff—Purity Protocol, certified gluten-free oats made from non-GMO seeds.

Is the buckwheat in your products gluten free?

Totally. Despite the name, buckwheat isn’t wheat at all—it’s a naturally gluten-free seed.

What We’re Made Of

Vegan? Yup. Gluten-free? Always. Made with ingredients you can pronounce!

Are your products gluten-free?

Absolutely! Every Partake treat is certified gluten-free and baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility. We go the extra mile by testing our ingredients and every production lot, so you can snack with total confidence.

Are they vegan?

You bet. All Partake goodies are 100% plant-based. No dairy, no eggs, no, honey, no animal anything.

Are your products non-GMO?

Yes, every single one of them. We’re proudly non-GMO.

Can I eat these if I’m paleo or keto?

We aren’t evaluated for specific diets, but our cookies do contain organic cane sugar and carbs.

Snack Storage Secrets

Open, nibble, repeat. Here’s how to keep your cookies fresher, longer—even if “longer” means three days max because, well... They're really good.

What’s the shelf life of your cookies?

12 months. Yep, a full year of shelf-stable snack magic (if you can resist that long).

How long do cookies stay fresh after opening?

We recommend polishing them off within 7–10 days for peak deliciousness.

Some cookie tips for you:

Soft Baked Tip: Store them in the fridge, then microwave for 15 seconds for that just-baked experience.

Crunchy Tip: Keep them cool in the fridge to lock in that crunch.

Freezer Tip: Totally works. Just thaw and enjoy like nothing ever happened.
