All of our products are Free from the Top 8 Allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, milk, soy, fish, shellfish), and we take our commitment to being allergy friendly a little farther by also making our products mustard, sulfite, and sesame free. Our products are produced in a Top 8 Allergen Free facility, and we test finished product for allergens (peanut and gluten up to 10ppm).
Yes, absolutely! Our Oats and Oat Flour are Avena Foods’ Purity Protocol Oats. Purity Protocol is a farm-to-plate method of ensuring that oats are gluten-free and not contaminated with any gluten-containing grains. Avena Purity Protocol oats are non-GMO and certified gluten-free! In addition, our products are made without any other source of gluten. They are also produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility and we perform gluten rapid tests on every batch of finished product.
Yes, all of our products are certified vegan! They contain no animal or animal-derived products.
Our products do not contain corn! However, they do contain some corn derived ingredients, such as vanilla extract and maltodextrin. For more information, check out our product pages that contain a full list of ingredients for each flavor of cookies.

No. We are proud to say that all of our products are Non-GMO!
Yes! We use Expeller Pressed Non GMO Sunflower Oil.
We currently only ship to the continental US, but are working diligently to grow!
Shipping is free for orders $39 and above and $4.99 for orders under $39.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Defective products purchased from partakefoods.com: To inquire about a refund on defective products purchased from Partake's website, please contact us. Products are deemed defective at Partake's discretion. If the products are deemed defective, they can be refunded at partial or full refund to the credit card on file. If purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be provided. Please note that minor damage to packaging is not considered defective.
Defective products purchased from another retailer: All products thought to be defective purchased from a retailer must be returned to the retailer for replacement or refund. Partake cannot issue partial or full refunds for defective products not purchased through Partake's website.
Non-defective products: There is a no refund policy on non-defective products.
