Vegan Pumpkin Pie and Cookies MilkshakeWe’re still enjoying pumpkin pie long after Thanksgiving, but with a twist! Pumpkin pie, ice cream, and cookies... What could be better?
Ingredients:
- 2 cups non-dairy vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Vegan whipped cream
- Partake Soft Baked Pumpkin Spice cookies
Directions:
- In a blender, add and blend the non-dairy ice cream, pumpkin puree, non-dairy milk and pumpkin pie spice.
- Pour into glasses and top with non-dairy whipped cream and a Soft Baked Pumpkin Spice cookie.
- Enjoy!
Cranberry Flatbread
This Cranberry Flatbread is the perfect mix of festive colors, textures, and flavors. Serve this flatbread as an appetizer at your next holiday party!
Ingredients:
- Partake Pizza Crust Baking Mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1-½ tbsp active dry yeast (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Trade Street Jam Co. Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam
- 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, crumbled
- For topping: freshly chopped arugula, pomegranate arils, and honey
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Make the pizza crust dough as instructed on the package. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Spread Cranberry Jam evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with goat cheese.
- Bake directly on oven rack for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is warmed and the flatbread is crispy.
- Remove from oven.
- Garnish each with freshly chopped arugula, pomegranate arils and a drizzle of honey.
- Cut into small wedges or strips and serve.
- Enjoy!
Peppermint Julep
Pair this Peppermint Julep with our limited edition Soft Baked Chocolate Peppermint cookies. Nothing says the holidays like peppermint!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of crushed ice
- 1 oz peppermint simple syrup
- 2-3 oz cranberry ginger ale
- A sprig of fresh pine (or mint)
- Candy cane for garnish
- Soft Baked Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
Directions:
- Add 1 ounce of peppermint simple syrup to the bottom of a glass.
- Add the crushed ice.
- Top off with the cranberry ginger ale.
- Add a sprig of fresh pine and a candy cane to make it festive.
- Open up a box of our Soft Baked Chocolate Peppermint cookies and enjoy with your peppermint julep!
Sweet & Spicy Breadsticks with Cranberry Dipping Sauce
For those who love a little kick, try these Sweet & Spicy Breadsticks with cranberry dipping sauce. They’re the perfect finger food for your guests to munch on!
Ingredients:
For the breadsticks
- Partake Pizza Crust Baking Mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1-½ tbsp active dry yeast (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh orange Juice
- Trade Street Jam Co. Cranberry Raspberry Sage Jam
- Trade Street Jam Co. Raspberry Hot Sauce
Directions:
For the breadsticks
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Make the pizza crust dough as instructed on the package.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle and cut into rectangular pieces. Hold the two ends of each rectangle and turn your hands opposite ways until a twist is formed.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Place cranberries in a strainer and rinse. Then pick through them for any bad cranberries. Remove any sticks or stems.
- Combine ingredients in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. As the cranberry sauce comes to a boil, the berries will begin to burst, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to simmer. Stir occasionally as the cranberry sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
- Refrigerate and serve cold or at room temperature.
Cranberry & Orange Sangria
This Cranberry & Orange Sangria is a great fruity and festive cocktail to serve at your next holiday gathering. Prep it the night before and it’ll be ready to serve the next day.
Ingredients:
- 1 orange halved and thinly sliced
- 1 apple halved and thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 (750 ml) bottle white wine such as pinot grigio
- ½ cup orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier
Optional garnishes
- ½ apple thinly sliced
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- ¼ cranberries
- 2-3 additional sprigs of rosemary
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
- Serve over ice, garnish with additional fruit and rosemary, if desired.
- Enjoy!
