Ahh, fall. Me - and my hair - have had enough of the blazing, humid temperatures that came with this year’s summer season, and fall could not be more welcome for this mom.
This fall season in particular is a special one because Vivi has started preschool! Can someone tell me where the time has gone?! As exciting as it is to see her making new friends and becoming more independent, the inner food allergy mom inside of me is worried sick. But instead of focusing on what could go wrong, I’m choosing to focus on the good - like cooler temps, all things pumpkin spice, and the sweet snacks that come with the fall season! Over the years, I’ve collected delicious snacks and recipes - and have adapted some of my faves to make them safe and enjoyable to those with and without food allergies.
