Vegan Air Fryer Donuts 3 Ways
Want to go nuts for “no nuts” donuts? (Too many puns? We agree.) If allergy-friendly donuts are on your mind, we’ve got you. Thanks to our Pancake & Waffle Mixes, you can make a variety of donut flavors in the comfort of your own home and they’ve never been so easy to make! (Thank you, air fryer!)

Confetti Donuts
Ingredients:
For the donuts
- 1 ⅓ cups Partake Confetti Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 cup gluten-free crispy rice cereal
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup vegetable shortening
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- Additional sprinkles (optional for topping)
For the glaze
- 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp vegan butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine Partake Mix, cereal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Fold in shortening. Stir until the mixture is crumbly. Add milk and stir again.
- Roll mixture into 2-inch round donuts using your hands.
- Place donuts into the air fryer at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. At the 3 minute mark, open the air fryer basket and flip donuts.
- When donuts are done, carefully remove them from the air fryer. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- To make the glaze, mix together dairy free milk, salt and melted vegan butter until combined.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until combined.
- Dip donuts into glaze and top with extra sprinkles if desired.
- Enjoy!
Everything Bagel Donuts
Ingredients:
- 1 ⅓ cups Partake Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 cup gluten-free crispy rice cereal
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup vegetable shortening
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- Everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine Partake Mix, cereal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Fold in shortening. Stir until the mixture is crumbly. Add milk and stir again.
- If adding chocolate chips, stir those in now.
- Roll mixture into 2-inch round donuts using your hands.
- Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning on top of donuts and press lightly into dough so that the seasoning sticks.
- Place donuts into the air fryer at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. At the 3 minute mark, open the air fryer basket and flip donuts.
- When donuts are done, carefully remove them from the air fryer.
- Enjoy!
Blueberry Donuts
Ingredients:
For the donuts
- 1 ⅓ cups Partake Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix

- ¼ cup vegetable shortening

- ¾ cup blueberries + additional for topping
For the glaze
- 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp vegan butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar

- In a bowl, combine Partake Mix, cereal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Fold in shortening. Stir until the mixture is crumbly. Add milk and stir again.
- Carefully stir in blueberries.
- Roll mixture into 2-inch round donuts using your hands.
- Place donuts into the air fryer at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. At the 3 minute mark, open the air fryer basket and flip donuts.
